We are very pleased with the Camper, it's condition (it was used) and that after our first camping trip were assured EVERYTHING works as it should. Just like we were told at the dealership. 2. A few words come to mind based on the interaction and transactions with the people that helped us. Honest, Sincere, Helpful. I would not hesitate to do business again with Family Fun RV. And if we lived closer this would be our regular place for RV needs/wants.

RV repair shops are surprisingly sparse in the Portland Metro area, so when my neighbors recommended Family Fun RV, I was excited to give it a go...especially given the easy drive from my home hear Sauvie Island. I am very mechanically-inclined, so when the techs came out to do a pre-work walk-through, I could tell by their responses to my numerous questions that they had a thorough knowledge of RV repair...a very unique skill skill set since my Class C and all RVs probably have 20 different systems and points of failure. As always, I left a detailed written description of all the issues needing attention. When I went to pick it up, I was pleased to see responses to all of them including a description of all work performed and why some things were fine. I was very pleased withe service and price, and during my first trip a few days later, everything worked flawlessly. In addition, the service administrator Maddison was a joy to work with. I plan to use this shop going forward and would highly recommend it to others.

We bought a Trailmanor travel trailer at FamilyFunRV. When traveling to Washington state, an issue came up with the water heater not functioning properly. We brought the travel trailer to a local RV Repair Center in Mount Vernon. FamilyFunRV was quick to work with the extended warranty people for our trailer. FamilyFunRV paid for the repair in a timely fashion so we could get back traveling on our trip. I recommend them for their service and prompt attention to customers' needs. We are also very happy with our Trailmanor travel trailer we bought from them
